tba Names Christina Knapp Interactive Designer

Roanoke, VAtba Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing has named Christina Knapp interactive designer, a new position.
Knapp comes to tba from Beck Media Group, where she designed Bella, the region’s leading monthly publication for women, and helped to create Vennue, an arts and entertainment magazine. In her new role, she will be responsible for designing Web sites and creating other interactive tools for tba’s clients.
“We are delighted to welcome Christina to our growing team,” said Thomas Becher, president of tba. “Her design talent and knowledge of how online applications are changing the way people communicate will help our firm deliver strategic solutions for our clients.”
Knapp, a Roanoke native, is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design.

Gold in the Special Events category (average budget) for the 125th anniversary of the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.
Silver in the Media Relations (average budget) category for Virginia Prosthetics’ effort to gain insurance coverage for prostheses and orthotics.
